This page describes how Visaro (operated by VUMEDIA) collects consent to send SMS text messages, what types of messages we send, and how you can opt out at any time.

Consent Language

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box during booking, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Visaro (VUMEDIA) at the phone number provided, including appointment confirmations, booking reminders, order delivery notifications, and customer care messages related to your booking. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not required to purchase our services. Who We Are

Visaro is a professional real estate photography and media company serving the Greater Toronto Area of Ontario, Canada. Visaro operates under the legal business name VUMEDIA, a registered in Ontario.

How We Collect Consent

SMS consent is collected through a clearly labelled checkbox during the online booking process at our storefront:

  • The checkbox is unchecked by default — you must actively check it to consent
  • The full consent language is displayed next to the checkbox at the time of booking
  • Consent is collected at: https://order.visaro.ca/storefront/
  • Providing consent is optional and is not required to complete a booking or use our services
  • We retain a record of your consent including the date, time, and method by which it was obtained

Types of Messages We Send

Once you have provided consent, you may receive the following types of text messages from Visaro:

  • Appointment confirmations — confirming your scheduled photography or media session
  • Booking reminders — reminders sent before your upcoming appointment
  • Order delivery notifications — letting you know when your media files are ready for download
  • Account notifications — important updates related to your booking or order
  • Customer care messages — responses to your inquiries or support requests

How to Opt Out

You can withdraw your consent and stop receiving text messages at any time using any of the following methods:

We will process your unsubscribe request within 10 business days as required under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
