• We will process your unsubscribe request within 10 business days, as required under CASL.

• Business transfers: If Visaro is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy protections described in this policy.

We will never share your phone number or SMS consent records with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Booking and order records are typically retained for a minimum of seven years to comply with Canadian tax and business record-keeping requirements. Photographic and video content delivered to clients is retained on our servers for a reasonable period to allow for re-delivery or re-licensing requests, after which it may be archived or deleted.
