Visaro provides GTA real estate photography across two coverage zones. Zone 1 is our core area — Toronto and the surrounding cities — with no travel fee. Zone 2 covers the extended GTA, including towns like Burlington, Barrie, and Guelph, for a flat $49 travel fee. The Government of Ontario defines the Greater Toronto Area as Toronto plus the regional municipalities of Durham, Halton, Peel, and York, and it remains the largest real estate market tracked by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB). Payment & Booking Terms
Zone 1 (Core GTA) and Zone 2 (Extended GTA): A booking deposit equal to 50% of the pre-tax service subtotal confirms your appointment. The remaining balance, plus applicable taxes, is due before final, usable media is released.
Zone 2 only: A $49 + HST travel fee is also required at the time of booking, in addition to the deposit.
The $49 + HST Zone 2 travel fee is non-refundable once your shoot is completed.
You can reschedule a Zone 2 booking up to two times within a 30-day period at no extra cost to the travel fee.
If we're unable to complete your shoot, the $49 + HST fee is fully refunded.

Is there a travel fee for GTA real estate photography in Toronto?
No. Toronto and the rest of Zone 1 — including Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, and 13 other core GTA cities — have no travel fee at all.
What areas are included in Zone 2?
Zone 2 covers the extended GTA: Burlington, Milton, Halton Hills, Erin, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Uxbridge, Georgina, Barrie, Innisfil, Cookstown, Angus, Guelph, Orangeville, Mono, and Hamilton.
How much is the Zone 2 travel fee, and when is it charged?
It's a flat $49 + HST, required at the time of booking along with your 50% deposit. We confirm your zone before any charge is processed, and the remaining balance for your package is due before final, usable media is released.
