GTA-Wide Coverage
Our real estate photography packages Toronto agents and brokerages rely on are delivered MLS-ready, meeting the standards set by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB). Travel fees are based on distance from our North York base — Zone 1 coverage is included in all package pricing.
Booking Policies
- Cancellation: 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
- Property readiness: Please ensure the property is clean and decluttered before we arrive. We do not move furniture or personal items.
- Weather: Exterior shoots may be rescheduled in heavy rain or snow. Blue sky guarantee applies to all delivered photos regardless of shoot conditions.
- Photo counts: All quantities are "up to" the stated maximum. Final count depends on the property's size, layout, number of rooms, and unique features.
- HST: All prices are subject to applicable HST. A tax invoice is issued with every delivery.
- Usage rights: Media is licensed for MLS listing, social media, and agent marketing. Redistribution to third parties requires written consent from Visaro.
