GTA-Wide Coverage
We shoot Airbnb and short-term rental listings across the GTA, from downtown condos to cottage-country rentals. Travel fees are based on distance from our North York base — Zone 1 coverage is included in all package pricing.
Booking Policies
- Cancellation: 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
- Property readiness: Please ensure the space is clean, staged, and guest-ready before we arrive. We do not move furniture or personal items.
- Weather: Exterior and twilight shoots may be rescheduled in heavy rain or snow.
- Photo counts: All quantities are "up to" the stated maximum. Final count depends on the property's size, layout, and unique features.
- HST: All prices are subject to applicable HST. A tax invoice is issued with every delivery.
- Usage rights: Media is licensed for your Airbnb/short-term rental listing, social media, and marketing. Redistribution to third parties requires written consent from Visaro.
