Are these real Visaro samples?
Yes. The photos, videos, floor plans, virtual tours, AI staging and listing webpage shown here are real work Visaro delivered to clients in Toronto and the GTA. Two items are labelled differently: the Matterport 3D tour is a public example from Matterport’s Discover gallery, and the aerial image is a sample until our own drone work is added.
Which services come with each Visaro package?
Every package includes HDR interior and exterior photos, a blue sky guarantee and a 2D floor plan with measurements. Standard adds the digital feature sheet and flyer (Edge Marketing Center), a branded property webpage, QR code and photo slideshow tour. Marketing adds an interactive floor plan tour, 4K cinematic video and a vertical social media reel. Signature adds a 3D floor plan and twilight photos. Can I add a single service to my order?
Yes. Most services, including AI virtual staging, Matterport 3D tours, twilight photos, video and floor plan upgrades, can be added to any package, including Basic photography, at checkout.
Can virtually staged photos be used on MLS?
Virtually staged photos can be used in listing marketing when they are clearly disclosed and don’t misrepresent the property. Requirements vary by brokerage and board, so always follow your brokerage and MLS rules. Our guide to TRREB rules for AI photos and virtual staging explains the details.
What is the Visaro Edge Marketing Center?
It’s a self-serve, AI-powered design tool inside your Visaro client account. You pick a ready-made template for a flyer, feature sheet, postcard or social media post, customize it with your own branding, photos and listing details, and download it. A training video walks you through it. Access comes with the Standard, Marketing, Signature and Elite packages, or as an add-on to any package.
