Real Estate Photography in Toronto & Across the GTA
Residential, commercial, and Airbnb/short-term rental photography, video, 2D floor plans, aerial/drone, and 3D virtual tours — from downtown Toronto's condo towers to every city across the Greater Toronto Area. Booked online in minutes, delivered in as little as 24 hours.
Toronto is Canada's largest city, home to roughly 3.36 million people at the centre of a Greater Toronto Area of about 7.3 million — one of the largest and most active real estate markets in North America. Visaro shoots across the entire GTA, from condo towers in the downtown core to family homes in Mississauga, estate properties in Oakville, and everything in between. This page is your starting point: it covers what we shoot in Toronto proper, the full range of residential, commercial, and Airbnb/short-term rental photography we offer, and a directory of every GTA city we serve.
Real Estate Photography Across Toronto's Neighbourhoods
The old City of Toronto is a patchwork of very different micro-markets, and we shoot each one differently depending on what buyers or renters in that neighbourhood actually care about.
Downtown Core & Financial District
Condo-dominant, dense, and walkable — includes the Distillery District, St. Lawrence Market, and Corktown. One-bedroom condos start around $550K and climb well past $1.5M for view units. Sharp interiors and skyline shots sell here.
Condo-dominant coreKing West & Liberty Village
Former industrial warehouse districts turned Toronto's trendiest addresses for young professionals. Average home price around $789K, with condos near $720K. Lifestyle-forward photography and video perform best here.
Avg. ~$789KYorkville
Toronto's "super-prime" market — boutique buildings with concierge service and record-setting price-per-square-foot. These listings need editorial-level photography, twilight exteriors, and cinematic video.
Super-prime, record PPSFThe Beaches & East End
Lake-adjacent, quieter, and residential — semis and detached homes on tree-lined streets, generally more affordable than the west end. Lifestyle and neighbourhood-context shots complement strong interior work here.
East-end, lake-adjacentWe also regularly shoot in Leslieville, Riverside, The Annex, Rosedale, Forest Hill, High Park, and Bloor West Village. And for the boroughs of North York, Scarborough, and Etobicoke, we've built dedicated area pages with neighbourhood-specific detail — see the full directory below.

Toronto Short-Term Rental Photography & Compliance
Toronto has some of the GTA's strictest short-term rental rules, and they directly affect how a listing should be photographed and marketed. Hosts must register with the City and display a valid registration number on every listing, STRs are only permitted at a host's principal residence, entire-unit rentals are capped at 180 nights per year, and the current Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) sits at 8.5%. Many condo buildings add their own restrictions on top of the city's rules, often requiring 30-day minimum stays.
We shoot Airbnb and short-term rental listings across Toronto with an understanding of these rules — clean, amenity-focused photography that helps your listing convert, without cutting corners on what the city and your building require. See our dedicated Airbnb & STR page for content-tier packages.

Toronto & the GTA's Real Estate Market, in Brief
According to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), the GTA's average home price sat at roughly $1.00M in July 2026, down 4.5% year-over-year, with detached homes averaging $1.29M and condo apartments around $636K. Condo pricing varies meaningfully by geography — units within the old City of Toronto (416) averaged about $672,800, compared to roughly $560,900 across the surrounding 905 area. In a market with more inventory and more buyer choice than in recent years, presentation-quality photography is one of the clearest ways a listing stands out.
